LiVe Para-Dressage is combination who I am and what I do. I am Lilli Vehmas and my sport is Para-Equestrian Dressage (Grade IV). I became a Para-Dressage Rider after I was injured in horse related accident.

I want to welcome you to my website where you can get acquainted with Para-Dressage and my beautiful dark Lipizzan horse mare Maestoso Madam aka Masu. I write my blog mainly in Finnish but every now and then in English as well. In 2018 more para sports entered my life in the form of Para-Athletics and Shot Put.
